DAY 11: EXHALE AND AFFIRM

Purpose: To signal the body it is safe to let go and open; and then to fill that space with intentionality

Exhaling and releasing any tension in the body sends a signal to the brain that it is safe to open and release the need for any hyper vigilance. Once we exhale and create that opening of space, we will be intentionally claiming why it is safe to be who you are by inserting an attention using the phrase

“I AM…” Affirmations can help you alter subconscious thoughts which makes it more likely you’ll believe that thought and likely act in ways that make your affirmation become reality.
