• Show up authentically, whether you’re celebrating a win or navigating a struggle.
• Be direct, specific, and concise when you share.
• Respect others’ time and perspectives by keeping your reflections purposeful.
• Refrain from coaching others in the group—even if you’re a trained coach. This is your space to grow, not teach.
• Use “I” statements to own your experiences and perspectives.

How to Engage

• Check in regularly (daily or multiple times a week). Consistency matters more than duration.
